“The Delegate,” a forthcoming apartment complex in Irving, TX, presents a unique challenge for creating a distinctive social media presence.

Our role in this branding project was to curate a visually captivating Instagram grid that sets The Delegate apart from conventional real estate accounts. To achieve this, we utilized a consistent color scheme and typography to transform the grid into a lifestyle-oriented platform, departing from the typical apartment complex aesthetics.
